It has become a tradition at BBIS that the Year 12 Graduation is celebrated by a Gala Dinner at a hotel in downtown Berlin. The dinner is a non-profit event organized by a committee of Year 12 parent volunteers. It is a fun evening of dinner and dancing for families, friends and teachers to celebrate the 2025 Graduates.
TICKET INFORMATION:
Early Bird Tickets, Now until 28th February 2025

Late Tickets, March 1 - 24, 2025

Ticket A: 165 euros (includes beer & wine)

Ticket B: 140 euros (non alcoholic drinks)

* Tickets are not refundable

Extras: Full Bar service available (mixed drinks, etc.)
Please note, any adult or student that wishes to enjoy a beer or wine must purchase the full-price ticket (Ticket A).
Ticket sales END on March 24th!!
It will not be possible to buy tickets at the door, so
please get your tickets right away!
HOW TO BUY TICKETS:
Please fill out the following form with the exact number of tickets required and with what beverage pack. You will then receive a confirmation email with bank details. The tickets will be under the graduate’s name.
HOTEL ROOM:
We have secured a special room rate in the Hotel on a limited number of rooms for those who wish to stay.
SPONSORSHIP:
The Graduation Gala Dinner is not a fundraiser or a profit making event. We rely solely on the sales from tickets to cover the cost of the event. If any family would like to donate towards a DJ, Photographer, Decorations, Sponsor a teacher, please contact the Planning Team directly - this would be greatly appreciated!
